powerful brand that will have your customers feeling confident about
your product or service.


Ever heard of the phrase “Prepare now relax later?”

The clearing stage is a time to prepare your schedule, finances and resources to make way for the following stages of the program.

Every successful project requires adequate preparation. Let’s use the example of building a structure to illustrate this point. Before the foundation is laid it is necessary to clear the land of any debris or clutter.
If the foundation was laid on clutter, the structure would not be stable.

The same can be said for building a brand.

Briefing
Now that you’ve gone through the clearing stage you have more of an understanding of what you want out of your brand.

The briefing session allows us to sit down and discuss your creative needs as we guide you through our program and offer you options.


Payment & Contract

We’ve made payment and contracts easy by offering a variety of fast and convenient options to suit you.

Direct Debit is a free, automatic monthly payment facility debited from your nominated account. It saves you time and money and is our recommended choice of payment.

We accept all major credit cards such as Master Card, Visa and American Express.

Cash and EFT payments are also welcome.

Once you have selected a payment option just fill out the Brand Palace application form and return to us.

 
Program Planning
Once your needs have been discussed we create a tailored program to suit your schedule. It is a detailed program containing, times and dates of delivery.


The creation of your Brand begins here.

Laying down the foundation means, laying out your ideas, goals and visions in order to develop a strong identity.

Just like in our building example, now that we have a stable ground to build upon, the foundation must be solid strong as it will be carrying the weight of the whole structure.

In other words our goal is to create a strong brand that will carry through for many seasons.
Branding Brief

To better understand your needs and define the personality of your organisation we’ve developed a set of questions we call the Branding Brief.

The Branding Brief will provide us with a
detailed investigation of your current identity.
It also helps us process your goals in a clear
and creative way.


Logo/Character
Once strong identity awareness is developed we can begin to create your brand. This usually starts with a concept and with further development a logo is birthed.

Depending on the nature of your organisation, a character may also be developed to enhance your identity.


Corporate Identity
Now that the Logo has been created we can develop a Corporate Identity Stationary Pack.

A necessary marketing tool for your business. The pack consists of:

• Business cards
• Letterhead
• With compliments slips
• Envelopes
• Notepad
• Presentation Folder


Brand Style Guide

A Brand Style Guide is a set of rules that ensure the utmost consistency will be used on your brand at all times.

This guide includes:

• PMS & CMYK colour breakdown
• Font selection
• Logo placement
• Brand elements

Company Copy
Promotional text may need to be created for your company. A further marketing tool used to sell, inform or persuade your audience through some of the following mediums:

It is an effective way for your brand to be
seen by all through a variety of indoor and outdoor signage solutions.

A good collection of imagery is an effective way to build on your brand’s personality and establish the concept further.

Sometimes a concept will require a more traditional approach. We recommend customised illustration as an alternative to photography.

In our building example, constructing a strong framework means selecting the best materials for the job. Our aim when constructing the framework is to build upon the solid foundation adding the necessary materials to complete the structure.
